No. The consultation will be more effective if it is conducted from the comforts of your home. This way, you can be sure to have all the products, tools, medications, etc… available on hand. Also, there is a level of privacy that may not be available in a busy salon atmosphere.
No. The initial price is for the consultation and formulating of your products. Re-orders will be the regular retail price of the products.
At the end of your consultation, you will be given a customer number that will be used for re-orders. Specific details to re-order will be given during your consultation.
No, but if you are not satisfied with your initial formulation, you will be allowed 1 reformulation of any or all products within 30 days of your product delivery. (Shipping not included)
